Domains & Hosting

Navigation: BillingOne → Domains & Hosting

The Domains & Hosting page brings together domain names, hosting services, and SSL certificate data synchronized from the Synergy Wholesale integration. Use it for billing and operations visibility in one place without switching to a separate domain registrar or hosting panel (your team still makes changes in Synergy; PanelOne shows synced records).

Prerequisites​

  • PanelOne → Settings → Integrations — connect Synergy Wholesale with valid credentials, then test and save.
  • Run a sync (see below) so BillingOne has current data. If nothing is connected, empty states explain to connect Synergy and sync.

Summary cards​

At a glance, you see:

  • Domains — total count, plus how many are expiring within 90 days (if any)
  • Hosting — total services, with count of those in an active status
  • SSL — total certificates, with how many are active

Domains​

The Domains tab lists your synced domains. Search filters the list. Each row includes details from the integration (e.g. status and expiry) via the in-product list.

When there is no data:

  • You’ll see a No Domains empty state reminding you to connect Synergy Wholesale and run a sync.

Hosting​

The Hosting tab shows hosting services. Search filters by domain or plan name.

Empty state: No Hosting Services with the same connect + sync guidance.

SSL​

The SSL tab shows SSL certificate records. Search helps narrow down by common name or product name (as shown in the product).

Empty state: No SSL Certificates with connect + sync guidance.

Syncing​

  • Use Sync All in the page header. This runs the app’s Synergy Wholesale sync path so domains, hosting, and SSL are refreshed together.

How this connects to settings​

Tips​

  • Run sync after you change domains, hosting, or SSL in Synergy, so reconciliations and expiries stay accurate
  • Watch 90-day domain expiry on the Domains summary — renewals before the deadline protect revenue and your clients
  • Keep Synergy credentials current in Settings if the vendor rotates API keys
