ClientOne user guide

Welcome to ClientOne — the self-service app your IT provider uses to give you access to your services. You can view your devices, submit support tickets, check backup status, read documentation, and more — all from one place. The default public URL is https://app.clientone.dev; your organization may use a custom address your provider will share.

Getting Started

  1. Log in to ClientOne using the link and credentials your IT provider sent you
  2. Check your Dashboard for an overview of your services
  3. Complete Onboarding if you see an onboarding prompt on your dashboard
  4. Submit a ticket if you need IT support

Need Help?

If you're having trouble logging in or using ClientOne, contact your IT service provider directly. They can reset your password, send a new invite, or assist with any issues.
